A motion requesting the Executive Director of the Newark Parking Authority provide the Municipal Council with an explanation for the late submission of the entity’s December 31, 2009 and December 31, 2008 Financial Statements and to provide the Municipal Council with the date the December 31, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013 Statements will be submitted.
