Municipal Council directed City Clerk to request that the Administration, Division of Code Enforcement provide a report detailing the compliance or lack of compliance with the provisions of Ordinance section 18:5-1.4. in regards to complaints received at the Hearing of Citizens about Alpha Management and the Colonnade Apartments.
