A motion requesting that the New Jersey Department of Education Commissioner, David C. Hespe, meet with the Governing Body to discuss important matters which are seriously affecting the Newark Public Schools System, and in addition, to a discussion on State-appointed Schools Superintendent Cami Anderson’s steadfast refusal to meet with the Municipal Council.
