Directing the Administration to provide the Municipal Council with (1) it’s fleet management plan, including details concerning use of decals, sirens and police/emergency lights; (2) a listing of all assigned vehicles, those with confidential plates, including Newark Police Department and Newark Fire Department vehicles; and (3) a listing of the violations attributed to these vehicles and who ultimately paid said violation
