Directing that the Department of Health & Community Wellness provide the following information: · Copy of all 2015 emergency contracts that have been executed to date · Copy of the Axion, LLC and Delta T Group, inc contracts and the credentials of the management staff for each organization · A list of the city of Newark employees that are working under the Axion, LLC and Delta T Group, inc.
