Hearing of Citizens Registration for June 19, 2013 ORDER that Deborah Deans is hereby admonished for her disorderly and disruptive behavior from attending Municipal Council meetings immediately for a period of six (6) months, as a result of an incident which occurred on May 22, 2013 at City Hall.
