Directing the Administration to perform the following with regard to the Rector Street Project: § Conduct a traffic study on the neighboring streets in the area of Rector Street once construction and the eventual ribbon cutting occur § Provide a copy of the traffic flow plan that will address traffic congestion and street closures. The plan should not interfere with services to residents particularly the employees at the Welfare Office
