A motion requesting that the Executive Director of the Newark Parking Authority provide the Municipal Council with the information on the following: parking by permit/zoning plan; holiday bags for parking meters; ticketing policy; Uber cabs parking at Penn Station; Newark Parking Authority positions, financial reports, revenues earned and equipment purchase the last five years.
