A motion requesting that the Business Administrator, the Assistant Business Administrator, the Director of Personnel and the Director of Finance be invited to the Special Conference of October 27, 2015, to explain to the Governing Body how the City will become self-insured, and in addition, provide the status of the Health Insurance Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process.
