Requesting the Police department, fire department, and the Department of Engineering, Division of Motors, provide the Municipal Council a listing of all vehicles which have been assigned confidential license plates in their respective departments. In addition, please provide the name and position of the personnel assigned to that particular vehicle and a listing of any outstanding tickets incurred by that vehicle.
