Directing the Department of Economic and Housing Development to provide the Council with a comparison of the assessed value and the fair market value of the properties being exchanged by the City and the Newark Housing Authority; it is also requested that with regard to prospective land transactions, a comparison of the assessed value and fair market value should be provided for the Governing Body to review.
