A motion requesting that the Department of Neighborhood and Recreational Services, Division of Inspections and Enforcement, strongly consider the placement of security cameras in the vicinity of Roanoke Avenue at the Route 1 underpass, to deter illegal dumping and the alleged illegal usage of water from a City hydrant.
