A motion directing the City Clerk’s Office to coordinate a meeting with the Municipal Council’s Constable appointees, the Police Department, the Law Department and the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, to advise the constables on their duties, responsibilities and the limits of their law enforcement authority.
