Directing the City Clerk to forward a copy of the ordinance which allows residents to legally park during street sweeping hours prohibitions, if the street sweeper has made its run (23:5-7.1 (6)) to the various enforcement agencies, i.e., Neighborhood and Recreational Services, the Newark Parking Authority, the Newark Police Department and the Essex County Sheriff’s Office.
