Directing the Administration to provide the following to the Governing Body: × Job description of all Newark Parking Authority employees × Number of vehicles and who they are assigned to × Copy of all RFQs issued and contracts awarded × Report on the number of parking violations issued to food vendor trucks (especially the food trucks parked daily at University and Warren Street, Mulberry Street and Commerce, Park Street and Raymond Boulevard, etc.) and the Authority’s plan to remedy the issue In addition, the Authority is to coordinate with the Newark Police Department and the NJ Transit Police Department a policy regarding Uber cabs and their seemingly disregard for parking regulations.
