A motion requesting that the Mayor, Business Administrator and Corporation Counsel give the Governing Body an update on the investigation of the inappropriate use of the City Seal by the Hispanic Commission; further, requesting that the Mayor and Chief of Staff forward information on the status of the Boards and Commissions that are in operation and copies of their reports/minutes. No Board or Commission should use the City Seal or create logos on letterhead, business cards or social media.
