A motion requesting that the Administration and Department of Economic and Housing Development provide a comprehensive report to the Governing Body regarding the status of the City’s 2015 Valentine’s Day vacant lot sales event, including the number of properties which actually closed, the number of properties presently under development and the number of individuals who walked away from the property.
