Requesting the NJ Department of Education to reconsider and/or restore the funding for the Newark Public School system to ensure equal funding for public schools and for charter schools. The Governing Body is in hope that there will be an extensive discussion regarding the stabilization of education for all students in the State of New Jersey, but specifically in the City of Newark.
