Directing the City Clerk to send a letter to Santander Bank regarding their alleged broken ATM machine located at Bergen Street and Twelfth Avenue in addition to the scattered debris and obstacles blocking the sidewalk. It was discovered that Bank of America, not Santander Bank, had an ATM located at said location.
