For the period 2011 through 2015, due to a data entry error, Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission (PVSC) over-charged the City of Newark in the amount of $796,790.97. The PVSC newly-constituted Board of Commissioners will consider a resolution authorizing a payment to the City of Newark at its March 10, 2016 Public Meeting.
