A motion requesting that the Department of Engineering provide a status report on the following properties that Councilman Ramos’ Office has previously made the department aware of their deplorable and unsafe conditions: 731 Summer Avenue; 63 Verona Avenue; 76 Montclair Avenue and 28 Elliot Street.
