A motion requesting that the Department of Engineering begin the process of filling potholes City-wide immediately rather than waiting until September/October to begin the process; furthermore, requesting that the potholes located at Ballantine Parkway and Elwood Avenue are repaired immediately, and in addition, provide an update, through the City Clerk’s Office, on the total number of potholes filled under the current contract and the total dollars expended under that contract.
