Municipal Council held discussions regarding staffing levels in the Department of Health & Community Wellness and the Department of Engineering and are of the opinion that personnel levels in these critical areas are being woefully neglected, especially with the city’s lead testing crisis and the inordinate number of pothole and other roadway repairs that have been required over the past several years.
