A motion requesting that the Department of Neighborhood and Recreational Services and the Department of Health and Community Wellness coordinate their efforts in the removal of the garbage and debris at the homeless encampment located behind Jabez Street on the New Jersey Conrail property and assist in the relocation of the homeless population living there.
