Directing the Department of Economic and Housing Development to provide the Council with a report of the last 3 years of job retention and a list of all job training entities that have worked with the city. The Council further requests a plan on a pathway of job training to job permanency with union status for Newark residents; a list of proposals submitted, awarded and declined along with the names of committee members who received the proposals for contracts awarded at the meeting of April 6, 2016 under the Division of Newark WORKS. Lastly, requesting a list of all job training participants complete with names and addresses.
