At its Banking Committee meeting of March 24, 2016, the Municipal Council requested that the Clerk’s office schedule a meeting with the Mayor and the Chief of Staff to discuss what efforts are in place for the depositories used by the City, to provide services (loans, mortgages, etc.) to the underserved residents. They further requesting available dates to meet with the Mayor to discuss the Municipal Identification Cards and the process for them being acceptable in banks, businesses, hospitals and other businesses.
