The Municipal Council requested that the Clerk’s office send a letter to the Executive Director of the Newark Parking Authority to request that a letter be forward to Mr. William Elmore, 194 Tuxedo Parkway, Newark, New Jersey 07106, with instructions on how to use the parking app and a listing of handicap and metered parking city-wide.
