The Municipal Council directed that the Office of the City Clerk provide Mr. James Powell, 108-136 Dr. MLK, Speaker #7 of the Public Hearing segment of the April 6, 2016 meeting, a CD copy of his remarks. In addition, request that Mr. Powell provide a copy of his comments regarding the Rent Control Board which will be forwarded to the Law Department.
