Questions are as follows: 1. Status of State legislation that track and fine absentee landlords 2. Has there been any collection under an ordinance that fines abandoned property owners? 3. If funds are collected, what are they earmarked for? 4. In a matter of a tragedy (example, fire), at an abandoned property, does the City seek to recoup costs from the bank/owner?
