A motion requesting that the Department of Public Safety and the Department of Engineering, Division of Inspections and Enforcement, investigate the vacant building located at Broadway and 3rd Avenue, for alleged criminal activities being perpetrated by squatters illegally occupying the premises; in addition, requesting that the building be properly boarded and secured, cleaned and if warranted, the owner cited.
