A motion requesting that the Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals, install “No Parking At All Times” signage on Passaic Street, near McCarter Highway, to deter its usage as a truck stop by tractor trailer owner/operators; in addition, requesting that the Department of Public Works, Division of Sanitation, remove the accumulation of debris and the unsightly graffiti.
