Directing the Administration to provide the following information to the Governing Body: · Breakdown of the surplus funds line item available in each department that has requested vehicles · Provide five-year, fourth quarter historical analysis of the Surplus Funds line item that has been available for each of the respective departments requesting new vehicle purchases.
