A motion recognizing and commending Mr. Levi Holmes, II, Executive Secretary, Newark Alcohol and Beverage Control Board and Mr. Tommy McDonald, Manager, Code Enforcement, for their diligence and outstanding commitment in their efforts to close illegal social clubs and after-hour establishments proliferating throughout the City of Newark.
