A motion requesting that the Municipal Council’s Legislative Analysts, Ronald Thompson and Elmer Herrmann, research the legality and feasibility of a new legislation that will permit Newark Police Personnel access to homeowners and businesses surveillance equipment surrounding the perimeter of their respective property upon request.
