Directing the Department of Economic and Housing Development to provide the Governing Body with answers to the following questions regarding the private sale/ redevelopment process: 1. How do the sales come about? 2. Provide a list of qualified buyers and what is the process that qualifies them? 3. Provide a list of available properties throughout the City by Ward? 4. How are direct sales taking place without a list being made available to the Municipal Council?
