A motion requesting that the Department of Engineering and the Department of Public Works revise their proposed 2017 demolition list to in lude North Ward properties, specifically, 82 Montclair Avenue (fire damaged) and 731 Summer Avenue (abandoned and located next to the new Elliott Street School.
