A motion recognizing and commending the Department of Neighborhood and Recreational Services for the outstanding job the Department’s personnel did in removing the debris on Wilson Avenue and Stockton Street that had accumulated from the influx of homeless people and assisting the Police and Health Departments in the safe and humanitarian removal of the homeless population living in the illegal encampment.
