Panasonic recently sold its building for $165 million dollars, is the $102 dollars Panasonic received from the State a forgivable loan? 5. Are there dollars in the budget to add additional Code Enforcement Officers? 6. Where in the budget is the dollars for the Port Authority Rental payment located? 7. With many properties sold at less than their assessed value, what will be the projected tax rate in 2018? 8. Will there be an increase in the number of new police officers? 9. How much overtime cost has the Police Department incurred during 2017 to provide security for festivals and parades? 10. Where are the $3 million dollars coming from for Kiburi Tucker’s proposed apartment building project?
