A motion requesting that the City Clerk’s Office send a letter to the Department of Transportation requesting that the following exits/entrance ramps be cleaned. There are also indications of illegal dumping in these areas: First Street and the underpass at Orange Street and Second Street; All exits leading into Newark, especially Route 21.
