Directing the Administration to provide further information regarding the “Change for Change” kiosks that are presently located in Newark Liberty International Airport that solicit donations presumably for several Newark recreational programs. The Council would like to know: 1. When did the Department of Economic and Housing Development become involved in youth programs? 2. How long has the program been operational? 3. Since its implementation, how much has been collected? 4. What are the financial arrangements for the dollars collected? 5. From the dollars collected, who determines where the proceeds are to be distributed? 6. When was the program coming before the Municipal Council for vote, as required by law?
