A motion requesting that the Department of Engineering, Division of Traffic and Signals, strongly consider increasing the street lighting in and around the following downtown areas: Mulberry Street, between Raymond Boulevard and Franklin Avenue between Raymond Boulevard and Market Street to improve visibility for motorists and pedestrians during dusk and dawn.
