Façade Improvement Program loan agreement and mortgage in amount of $30,000.00 for improvements to property 52 Broadway, Block 481, Lot 3, owned by 400 ½ Summer, LLC. The term of the Loan shall be 60 months from the date of execution of this Agreement. Ordinance 6PSF-J, adopted on November 22, 2010 established the UEZ Citywide Façade Improvement Program.
