Façade Improvement Program loan agreement and mortgage in amount of $15,000.00 for improvements to property 29 Grand Avenue, Block 4205.01, Lot 24, owned by Hyacinth Cunningham. The term of the Loan shall be 60 months from the date of execution of this Agreement. Ordinance 6PSF-J, adopted on November 22, 2010 established the UEZ Citywide Façade Improvement Program.
