Façade Improvement Program loan agreement and mortgage in amount of $46,500.00 for improvements to property 519 Clinton Avenue, Block 300, Lot 28, owned by Eddie Gonzalez. The term of the Loan shall be 60 months from the date of execution of this Agreement. Ordinance 6PSF-J, adopted on November 22, 2010 established the UEZ Citywide Façade Improvement Program.
