Façade Improvement Program loan agreement in the amount of $50,000.00 for improvements to property 47-49 Halsey Street, Block 19, Lot 7, owned by 53 Halsey, LLC. The term of the Loan shall be 60 months from the date of execution of this Agreement. Ordinance 6PSF-J, adopted on November 22, 2010 established the UEZ Citywide Façade Improvement Program.
