A motion requesting that the Department of Law provide a list of pending lawsuits and a list of lawsuits that have received payments by the City of Newark, including pending and paid lawsuits from the Newark Parking Authority, Newark Community Economic Development Corporation and the Newark Watershed Conservation and Development Corporation.
