Façade Improvement Program loan agreement in the amount of $46,500.00 for improvements to property 519-521 Clinton Avenue, Block 3000, Lot 28, owned by Eddy Gonzalez. The term of the Loan shall be 60 months from the date of execution of this Agreement. Ordinance 6PSF-J, adopted on November 22, 2010 established the UEZ Citywide Façade Improvement Program.
