Directing the Department of Health and Community Wellness to provide the Council with the following: 1. Approval letter or authorization from HUD allowing the re-appropriation of ESG grant dollars 2. The departments 2018 comprehensive plan for using CDBG funding 3. A line by line itemization of the total dollars appropriated for homeless services during the calendar year 2018.
