A motion requesting that the Department of Public Works secure the benches at the Thomas Silk Park, a.k.a. First Street Park, to prevent residents from moving the benches closer to the curb and possibly creating unnecessary safety concerns, in addition to possible posting a time schedule for automatic sprinklers.
