A motion requesting that the City Clerk’s Office coordinate a meeting with the Administration, Department of Economic and Housing Development and the Zoning Board to discuss the process for notifying Council Members before properties are sold or being entered into negotiations; in addition, discussion on the Zoning Board and its agenda backlog.
